Sweet potatoes
Pears & Apples
Kale, Sweet potatoes & Apples
Apples and Strawberries
Carrots, Kale and Pears
Pears and Blueberries
Sweet Potato:
Skin and cut 1 while sweet potato
Steam until soft
If you have a magic bullet, blender, what ever you use for a mixer, put all steamed potatoes in blender with 1oz of formula or breast milk. Blend until well mixed
Pears & Apples:
Skin and cut 1 whole pear and apple. No need to steam
Put all in blender with 1oz formula or breast milk and blend well
Kale, Sweet Potato/Carrot & Apple/Pear:
1 whole sweet potato
3-4 whole carrots
Half an apple
Half a pear
Handful of Kale
•Skin and cut up sweet potato, carrots, apple and pear. •Steam the sweet potatos and the carrots.
•Add 1oz formula or breastmilk to each mix and blend well.
Apple & Strawberry:
Skin and cut 1 whole apple
Cut up 3-4 strawberries; depending on their size
Add 1oz and blend well.
Pear & Blueberry:
Skin and cut 1 whole pear
Handful of blueberries Again add 1oz and blend well
I have small little Tupperware that I use to store it all in. I put 2oz of the fruit purées and the. 4oz of the veggie mix. I mix the fruit purée with baby oatmeal in the morning times for her and usually do some baby lean weaning in the morning as well.
